Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or another leading role in the hospitality and tourism sector or food or other beverage services
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage or similar focus
- Must have strong oral and written communication in English
- Must have or intend to obtain the necessary beverage service certification
Specific Skills and Duties
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate restaurant and bar operation
- Help to implement operational procedures and ensure health and safety compliance
- Assist with recruiting and training staff
- Help to set work schedule
- Help to control inventory
- Resolve customer complaints
- Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering services
