Hotel Clerk Supervisor
Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate, assign the work of hotel services clerks, housekeeping room attendants, front desk clerks, etc.
• Hire and train staff in job duties and safety procedures
• Prepare schedules and Co-ordinate activities of the department.
• Arrange for maintenance, repair work, and establish smooth operations of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
• Resolve work-related problems and issues and report progress
• Inventory and coordinate supplies and materials
• Confer and cooperate with other department to ensure coordination of the hotel activities
• Review, comply with, and enforce the policies
• Provide superior customer service in all guest and associate interactions
• Administer and monitor all staff performance
• Prepare communication log for guests and answer to all requests efficiently and within timeframe
• Must be able to work various shifts including: mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays

Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Hotel Clerk Supervisor (Head) is required
