Job Duties:
- Supervise light duty cleaners in specified tasks
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met by inspecting the working sites
- Order cleaning supplies and new equipments as per requirement
- Assist in hiring, training and supervising cleaning staff
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities and make work schedules of cleaning staff
- Maintain financial records, preparing budget and estimated costs for the cleaning projects
- Collecting payments for the assigned cleaning jobs
- Perform cleaning duties if required
- Advising management if replacement of equipments is required and reporting important concerns regarding clients
Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school education is required.
- Minimum 6 months experience in the field is required.
