Restaurant manager

Puran Enterprises Ltd. (DBA: Subway) is looking for a Restaurant manager to join their team.

Salary: $27/ hour for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Completion of college or other program related to hospitality or food beverage service management.  

Experience: 2 -3 years in the same or related industry.

Location: Unit              2445, 6551 No.3 Road, Richmond, BC, V6Y 2B6

Main Duties:

Address customers complain or concerns; negotiate with the clients for catering; Recruit, train and supervise the staff; Make sure all the health and safety regulations are followed as per the guidelines of the health department. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food or other supplies. Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify the procedures and prices. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and other food and beverage services. Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Set staff schedules and monitor the staff performance and appreciate the staff so as to motivate. Make sure all the records are well maintained all the time.
