Purchasing Coordinator

Key Duties:

• Arrange the purchase of products, supplies, and services for HFPI.
• Coordinate the forecasting of sales for products using our custom charts in Excel.
• Work with the accounts payable team to make sure invoices match to what was received and to resolve any vendor payment issues.
• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, including coordination of containers.
• Create and receive purchase orders into our system, and assist with vendor set ups.
• Maintain inventory, initiate inventory counts, and resolve inventory conflicts.
• Prepare Daily priority schedule.
• Work closely with all departments, to update them on product changes, availability, and any other important information related to products and customer orders.
• Assist in maintaining the ongoing business relationships with key suppliers, mills, vendors and warehouses.
• Provide the support needed to the purchasing team adn be a back up to help where needed.
