We are currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team.
Position Details
Position: Carpenter

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $29.00 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Various job sites in Lower Mainland area (BC) and/or as per company’s contracts with its clients
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding
Job duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, perform calculations, and prepare layouts.
- Finish surface of woodwork in houses and buildings, using hand tools and paneling.
- Work on new projects, remodels or additions to existing wooden structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams and subflooring, build walls and install partitions.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Supervise other construction workers.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Job requirements
- Completion of High School
- Completion of apprenticeship program in relevant trade or Minimum 3 years of experience in trade is required.
- Trade certification would be an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate in English

- Financial assistance for relocation from other provinces or regions will be provided up to $1000.00 for qualified candidates.
