Job Title: Hairstylist

Number of Vacancies: 2

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 735 Twain Avenue #11 Mississauga ON L5W 1X1

Wage Rate: $18 per hour, for 32 to 40 hours per week. 

Education: High School

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Language: English                        

Job Duties:

• Recommend a hair style that would suit the clients’ physical features;
• Determine the suitable hair style for the client based on their instructions and wants;
• Perform the different processes in hair maintenance and styling i.e. cut, taper, curl, trim, perm and wave;
• Treat the hair colour of the client through the application of tints, dyes and bleach;
• Determine the health of the hair and be able to provide treatments for it or advice on at home treatments for the scalp and hair
• Apply hair extensions
• May shampoo and rinse hair

Other: Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada.
