Responsible for supporting new and/or re-joined partners to maintain their partnerships with TongCheng Travel by identifying their needs and challenges and providing solutions
Be knowledgeable on TongCheng Travel’s products so that their benefits and usage can be explained to Partners
Responsible for taking Customer Service escalations which relate to newly registered and/or re-joined partners and solving these in the most efficient manner for the business partner and customer
Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners
Other local affairs.
Skilled
2+ years of experience in a relevant account management function
Fluent English and Mandarin speaker and writer
Affinity or experience within travel industry
Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently
Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Team player, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change
