Job Location: 420 45585 Luckakuck Way, Chilliwack, British Columbia, V2R 1A1

Salary: $26.50/Hourly

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Language: English

Minimum Education: High School

Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.

Job Duties:

• To ensure a smooth running of the kitchen activities in accordance with the policies and methods of Cora Restaurants
• Organize the kitchen work on a weekly basis and distribute different tasks to be performed by kitchen staff and servers
• Set up work schedule and train new workers
• Participate in the control of food cost
• Responsible of meal service, the quality and presentation of plate
• Respect the confidentiality of methods and recipes that belong to Cora Restaurant;
• Responsible for the physical organization of the kitchen, a good functioning of equipment, the cleanliness and the safety measures of the restaurant
• Initiate necessary measure to correct customer complaints
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Control inventory, monitor revenues
