Requirements: Education: minimum college diploma in engineering. Experience: minimum 2 to 3 years. Ability to use business equipment and computer applications: Word processing software. Spreadsheet. MS Windows. Internet. Computer numerical control (CNC) machines. AutoCAD. Project management software, read blueprints and drawings. Ability to supervise: 11-15 people in various area of responsibility. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment with attention to detail and tight deadlines. Personal suitability: team player, judgement. reliability, organized.

Salary $44.00 per hour, full time: 30 hours per week, regular, permanent.

Duties: Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Organize and maintain inventory. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Direct quality control inspections.
