 Salary:                                   $ 19.25 per hour 

 Terms of employment:        Permanent employment, Full time for 35 to 40 hours per week

 Start date:                            Starts as soon as possible

Job requirements

Languages:                            English

Education:                             Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:                           7 months to less than 1 year

Specific Skills:                       Interview patients to obtain case histories;

                                                Determine and establish office procedures and routines;

                                                Complete insurance and other claim forms;

                                                Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review;

                                                Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records;

                                                Supervise and train other staff in procedures and in use of current software.

Additional Skills:                  Schedule and confirm appointments;

                                                Maintain filing system
