Food Service Supervisor

Job Description:
Menchies Frozen Yogurt dba 1200699 BC Ltd., Located at 7341, 120 Street, Delta, British Columbia, V4C6P5 is looking to hire a permanent and full-time Food service supervisor as soon as possible.

Wage: $17/hour

Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Prepare and submit reports

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Establish work schedules

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Establish methods to meet work schedules


Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Completion of Secondary School will be an asset.
OR
• 01 to less than 02 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
