Construction Supervisor

Builden Construction Ltd. (Corporate Office Address: 9274 Monkland Place, Surrey BC, V3V 6M4) is looking 1 individuals for the position of "Construction Supervisor "on permanent and full time equivalent.

Positions: 1

Salary: $ 35.00 and guaranteed 30hrs/week. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• May also supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in the related occupation in required.

Work Location: Lower Mainland & Vancouver.
