Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: General Manager

1. Determine the company's mission and strategic direction
2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments to expand products and services
3. Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
4. Establish financial and administrative controls along with formulating and approving other promotional campaigns
5. Establish and Approve overall human resources planning to meet companies vision
6. Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
7. Forecast, maintain and allocate budgets for accross hierarchical verticals
8. Control and optimize recurring expenses; establish reusability patterns to reduce evolving design costs

Salary and Work details:

• $63.50/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
• $95.25/hr is the overtime Rate which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
• 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay

Other Job Details:

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree 
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Full time permanent role in the company
