Wage and Benefits

• Wage : $26.50/ hour
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time 40 Hours / Week

Job Duties:

• The worker will load, unload and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concreteforms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades,
• Mix, pour and spread materials,assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites,
• Assist in framing houses, erecting wallsand building roofs
• Level earth to fine grade specifications,
• Clean and pile salvaged materials,clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Remove rubble and other debris atconstruction sites.

Job Requirements:

• Language of Work: English
• Job Location: Various Greater Vancouver Locations
• Education: Must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or its equivalentfor foreign graduates
• Work Experience:7 months to less than 1 year.
•  Additional Requirement: First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Specific Skills:

• The worker can operate or use concrete vibrators, bushing guns, reciprocatingsaws, circular saws, concrete saws, grinding machine, grouting machine, chippers,jackhammers, air compressors, air guns, Nail guns, drills, augers, chain saw, sledgehammer.
