Karnail Singh Blueberry Farms Ltd. is hiring 02 Farm Managers.

It is a full-time permanent position offering $25 per hour and 40 hours per week.

High school education and 2 to 3 years of experience is required. Basic English is required as language.

Job Duties:

Manage overall operation of farm

Maintain farm machinery and equipment

Organize and monitor farm activities

Establish a marketing program

Develop and keep production records

Make budget and prepare financial records

Perform general farm duties

May purchase farm machinery and equipment

May hire and train farm workers

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extending periods, repetitive tasks, hand-eye coordination,

Work site environment: Outdoors, hot, cold, wet/damp, dusty
