Position: Industrial Installation Construction Manager (NOC 0711).

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school;
• 5 years experience in construction industry;
• Must have experience building industrial scale breweries;
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities include:
• Oversees all aspects of brewery installation;
• Pre-planning and engineering developments in the beginning of the projects;
• Prepare and submit construction project estimates and schedules;
• Sourcing, vetting and approving local contracting companies to undertake the various scopes of work involved in the multi-million-dollar projects;
• Coordination of international deliveries;
• Final approval on critical item installation quality;
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors;
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients;
• Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff, including site organization of the management team with approximately 30 personnel at it’s peak and approximately 400 subcontractor personnel;
• Regularly involved in meetings with suppliers.
