Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people, 11-15 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent written communication, Initiative, Team player, Excellent oral communication, Client focus
Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews, Conduct training sessions, Perform front desk duties, Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
