Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
Job Duties:
1. Installing, servicing, and repairing of major electronic appliances like dishwashers, washer-dryers, kitchen range, refrigerators, etc.
2. Repairing or replacing damaged appliance components by following work instructions, blue-prints, drawings, and product manuals upon approval from the customers.
3. Replace components and subcomponents and reassemble appliance using hand tools and soldering and brazing equipment
4. Discussions with customers about operations and care of product(s) over the phone and in-person as well as providing information such as emergency service numbers Prepare estimates and written accounts of work performed
5. Planning service routes and other duties as assigned
