General Manager - Financial, Communications and other Business services
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns along with annual human resources planning
- Improvise strategies for business continuity and better client services
- Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business/marketing plans run smoothly
- Manage growth and achieve business targets, incorporate yearly retrospective feedbacks and actions
- Execute different business strategies to support company growth and business expansion
- Oversee training and employee performance
- Evaluate performance, productivity and competitiveness
- Spearhead policies, strategies and directional growth
- Hire and train new staff to continuously grow the team size and ensure employee retention
- Manage budgets and sales revenue efficiently

Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $63.55 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $95.33 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
