Job duties

  • Communicate with computer users who are having problems, both virtually and in person, to determine and document the issues they are having.
  • To investigate and execute solutions, consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Users' technical difficulties should be reproduced, diagnosed, and resolved.
  • Assist users with guidance and training in response to problems that have been detected.
  • Assist users with company systems, networks, and the Internet in response to problems that have been recognized.
  • Gather, organize, and keep a log of problems and solutions.
