Position Type: Full-Time Permanent

Minimum Working Hrs per week: 35 hrs

Location: Etobicoke

Wage: CAD 16:00 per hour

Duties:

• Supervises employees engaged in serving customers and in maintaining cleanliness of products, preparing areas and equipment.          
• Trains workers in performance of duties.
• Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations.
• Inspects preparation areas, utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
• Keeps records of inventory and hours worked by employees.
• Inspects supplies and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met.
• Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees.
• Interview, select, or hire new employees.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain and demonstrate professional work ethics, moral integrity and a positive attitude at all times.
• Deal with suppliers, negotiate delivery arrangements.
• Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business

Job Requirements:

Education: Not Mandatory/Will be an asset

Experience: Supervisor exprience from 7 months to one year
