-Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
-Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
-Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
-Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
-Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
-Respond to customer queries and complaints
-Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
-Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $20.00 hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefit: Vacation Pay of 4% of the remuneration
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: Completion of High School
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience
- Certifications: Food Handler Certificate required
- Language: Speak English, Read English, and Write English
