Salary: $26.45 per hour

Work locations: Various locations in Lower Mainland (BC) as per company’s contracts with its clients
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding
Job Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons at the work site by providing them tools, equipment, and other materials as required and assist in other activities.
- Load, unload and move construction materials to and from the work site.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
- Evacuate rubble and debris using rakes, shovels, and other equipment at job site.
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed.
- Mix, pour and spread materials as per tradesman’s instructions.
- Level earth using rake and shovel to fine grade specifications.
- Take care of construction equipment, clean them and store at safe place after work shift.
Job Requirements
- Some work experience in construction field would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Functional English is required.
- Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.
