Education

High School graduate

Job Duties

• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
  
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  
• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  
• Review current work at each outlet and determine the need for redeployment and reassignment
  
• Contact, screen, interview, and recruit recent graduates, especially those who complete hotel and
  restaurant management and culinary programs
  
• Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  
• Advise owner on staffing policies, new rules, and regulations
  
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  
• Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of the employment process
  
• Determine eligibility to entitlements, arrange staff training, and provide information or services such as
  employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs

Overtime pay of 1.5 times the hourly rate after 48 hours of work in a week

Languages: English; foreign applicants must have CLB-5 English proficiency
