Food service supervisor

Food service supervisor is an important role in a restaurant or a cafe because it is the position which would manage all communication and perform troubleshot on various process and initiate in appropriate decision making. If our restaurant lacks this position, the work flow would be in a mess.  As a food service supervisor, you need to assist all food service employees and provide necessary training to employees in this connection, prepare reports and forms and ensure completion within appropriate timeframe and provide training and investigate all works done by company’s food service department.
