Specific Skills

 

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Prepare and submit reports . Maintain records of stock, repairs , sales and wastage . Establish work schedules. Estimate and order ingredients  and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control.
