  • Establish objectives for the company and formulate policies and programs for the achievement of the objective
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Formulate strategies for promotional campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Recruit executive department heads, managers and other senior staff members
  • Make sure that there is smooth coordination between different departments
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Job Requirements:

  • A university degree is required
  • 5 years or more experience in business development, marketing and sales or middle manager in the field.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
