Melo Restaurant (2015) Inc. O/A Little Caesars located at 5030 Tenth Line W, Mississauga, ON L5M 7Z5 Requires 1 Specialty Pizza Cook on permanent/ full time basis $18.50 per hour on 40 hours per week basis. Must have 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience as a Pizza Cook.

JOB DUTIES AS SPECIALTY PIZZA COOK

• Prepare and rectify Gourmet Indian pizza Sauces for taste and texture
• Blend spices, marinate toppings as per little Caesars recipes
• Prepare Recipe Combinations and Fusions for Specialty Orders
• Plan the menu for caterings, special occasions in consultation with owner as per customer requirements
• Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
• Train new cooks if any
• All other relevant tasks

Additionally, 4% vacation pay leaves will be given.
