JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of Customer Service Representative Supervisor at Netvance System Inc. will be responsible for co-ordinating the activities of creating service relationships with business clients in need of enterprise software, system integration, and ERP training services.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30-40 Hrs Full Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $30/Hr
LOCATION: Oakville, Ontario
JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Customer Service Representative Supervisor at Netvance System Inc. will include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of staffs engaged in the following duties: providing information and customer service; and serving customers in commercial, finance, industrial industries, and other institutions
- Establish work schedules and procedures, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and verify accuracy of work
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, facilities, and arrange for system maintenance
- May perform the same duties as staffs supervised
QUALIFICATION
- Completion of college or industry courses related to financial, or customer services may be required.
- 1-2 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required.
