Millfield Management Ltd. has been in operation since 2010. It manages apartment buildings for out of Province Landlords as well as managing its own portfolio of holdings. Millfield Management Ltd. oversees all operations in regards to leasing the residential units to tenants as well as overseeing all maintenance and construction needs within the units/buildings. They are also expanding their services to non residential facilities as well as Modern play structures at schools and communities. 

With the increased demand and number of clients the business has identified the need for an Office Administrator, to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The company offers $24 per hour, as well as Health benefits to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
