Fish Farm Workers
Creative Salmon Company Limited is seeking to hire Fish Farm Workers to start immediately. We operate year-round with no seasonal layoffs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Feeding and caring for aquaculture stocks
- Cleaning nets and enclosures
- Operating, maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Assisting during the harvesting of aquaculture stocks
- Monitoring fish behaviour, appearance and health
Skills Requirements:
Education: No Minimum Education Requirements
Work Experience: No Experience Required, On-the-job training provided
Skills Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and capable of working outside for extended periods of time in all weather conditions

Salary: $20.05/hour
Benefits: Extended Health Benefits (including Dental, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, AD&D) available after 90 days; Annual Wellness Spending Allowance (Prorated $325/year); Safety Clothing Allowance (Prorated $350/year); Company matched RRSP after 1 year
Housing: Paid Private Housing Available; Rent ranges from $650-$750/month depending on room type. Single occupancy only. Private, lockable bedrooms. Shared kitchen and living space. Shared bathroom.
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
