Bookkeeper

Canuck Security Services Limited a well know security services provider in Lower Mainland, British Columbia is currently looking for One full-time, permanent Bookkeeper (NOC: 1311) to join their company.

On the designated position you will be performing following duties:

• Keep and maintain the records for the financial.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts & maintain general ledgers
• Make sure payroll is run on timely manner.
• File and submit the taxes for the business.
• Prepare other financial and accounting reports.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms and other government documents
• May do Data Entry and database Management.
• Prepare cheques for other expenses such as Utility, rentals etc. and keep the records electronically and physically.

Wages: $25.00/hr. for 40hrs./week

Requirements: 

• Completion of High School is required. Completion of a college program in bookkeeping, accounting or related field would be an asset.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of English Language
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, excel etc.
