  • Managing office operations by coordinating, staff scheduling and assigning duties to employees and following up on work results.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Performs Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all form of money during the shift
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Check stock items on regular basis and maintain inventory, order the inventory items, check for the quality and packaging of items
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements and handle customer complaints
  • Recruit and Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
