Marketing Vice-president

Job Description

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction maintaining close contact with all customers including follow-up on concerns or other issues
• Follow all company policies, ethics, and company procedures
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social)
• Conducting market research and implementing new strategies based on findings
• Managing and reviewing the marketing budget
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately
• Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
• Responsible for market research to support required vision, roadmap, and requirements specific to each market this may include competitive analysis, market and technology trends, partner and customer requirements, analyst assessments, and planning meetings
• Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Negotiate contracts and rate agreements
• Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit, and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 5 years or more experience in managing marketing and sales function, preferably in a transportation company
• Require the ability to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including comfort dealing with senior management, both internal and external.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Require the ability budgetary responsibility approximately $500,001 - $1,500,000
• Require the knowledge of MS Access, MS Windows and MS Office
• Require the ability to supervise 3-4 people
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, large workload and with tight deadlines.

Compensation and Hours

Salary $57.50 hourly for 30 hours per week
