We are looking for natural leader to support our General Manager.

Duties

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, including kitchen department and dine-in set up.
• Ensure the meat including chicken, beef and pork are marinated adequately by the kitchen staff.

• Assist in greeting guests, taking orders and responding to our guest’s complaints and concerns for providing a comforting food experience.
• Responsible for closing & opening of the restaurant in accordance to her shift
• Place appropriate food and beverage orders to ensure adequate supply of fresh products on hand in alignment with sales volume
• Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily

• Perform Inventory management tasks

• Establish work schedules.
• Coach, Train and develop a strong kitchen team including new staff.
• Ensuring a high level of cleanliness at all times.

• Ensuring labour and production plans are adjusted as per the requirement to minimize the wastage

• Deliver Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality is at the highest standards of Swiss Chalet's established food quality and plating specifications

Requirements

• Secondary School Completion
• Completion of college program in food service/ restaurant management or have at least one month of experience in similar role.
• Ability to legally work in Canada
