Job duties:

-Inspect all castings for visual defects
-Paint necessary areas of castings as trained
-Scrap and rework castings to be kept separate and tagged
-File down “spikes” and excessive zinc buildup as required
-Care must be taken when removing excessive zinc build up to not remove all of zinccoating down to bare metal
-Load filed castings into tumbler and tumble for designated time
-Dump tumbled castings into shipping crate
-Record tumbled quantities on production report

Terms of employment: Permanent Full Time (40 hours/week)

Wage: $18.50/hr
