Salary: $25.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Specific Skills: Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications; Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities; Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects; Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors; Plan and manage budgets; Plan and prepare work schedules; Perform trade work during home construction, renovation or restoration; Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications; Ensure that construction permits are obtained; Develop and implement financial and operating plans; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Work Setting: Residential renovation; New residential home building
Own Tools: Equipment Tools; Steel-toed safety boots; Hard hat
Work Site Environment: Outdoors; Noisy; Odours; Dusty
Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by employer
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
