Shift Runner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Domino’s is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Shift Runner (NOC 6311) for its location at 1201 Division St, Kingston, Ontario. JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate and manage the operation of restaurant during shift
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Generating detailed daily reports
• Schedule staff in consultation with Restaurant Manager
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling bills.
• Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes

• Recruiting, training, and motivating staff

• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Increase the profits by minimizing wastage & cost control
• Provide excellent customer service & resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 6-months or more
• Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $16.25/hour
• 30-45 hours/week
