Position: Farm Supervisor

Wage Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Vacancies: 4

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

Supervise, recruit and train farm workers.

Direct and coordinate the activities of farm workers.

Monitor and ensure farm procedures for crop welfare.

Supervise crop related operations like irrigation system.

Develop schedule and procedures for work.

Ensure farm and food safety procedures are followed.

Organise transportation for the sales of crops.

Maintain quality control and production records.

Ensures deadlines are met for farm activities like seeding and harvesting.

Perform other farm duties at the farm.

Job requirements:

Language: English

Education: High School

Experience: 2 or more years of experience in the same field is required.

Benefits: Relocation costs and medical insurance will be covered by the employer for first three months, if required.
