Aigo Technology Inc. was founded in 2011, we are committed to providing professionally designed and installed integral low-voltage systems for luxurious houses. Our products are including intrusion alarm systems, CCTV camera surveillance systems, high-end home theatre systems and smart home control systems.


1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, develop and execute the full scope of various marketing campaigns, from organizing events to determining budgets and reporting.
2. Leverage advanced analytics insights to prioritize opportunities and develop detailed distribution plans and recommend marketing policies regarding program-specific requirements.
3. Develop, recommend, and administer the annual budget for the marketing activities, and ensure that the expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations.
4. Support the company’s market development efforts by leading and organizing business development staff/activities and analyzing market research data to identify potential leads, identify and build relationships with potential customers, collect and report market industry intelligence.
5. Make final decisions on various forms of marketing activities, attend booked sales meetings and expand business opportunities through various forms of communication.
6. Drive market research efforts and analyze findings to increase understanding of customer needs.
7. Gather and communicate information on competitors and presents specific competitor strategies to the senior management team; provide reports on competitor information, insights and initiatives.
8. Lead the team to conduct paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Linked In, YouTube, and Google (SEO).
9. Maintain the company’s online presence, effectively identify high-potential audiences across paid-media platforms and optimize our advertisement reach to these segments.
10. Engages with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with our company’s service delivery model, and cross-functional services are delivered cost-effectively.
11. Manage, hire, and train sales and marketing staff and direct external marketing agencies, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality and organizational performance.
12. Evaluate staff performance, approve salary increments and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.


1. A college diploma is required.
2. Minimum three years of work experience related to marketing or sales of IT/home security products.
3. Strong knowledge of customer development and marketing principles in the home security product industry.
4. A high degree of professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers/partners.
5. Well-developed project management and problem-solving skills are required.
6. Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels.
7. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
8. Highly organized, strategic thinking, and close attention to detail.
