AEC provides one-stop service to all EV charging, solar energy systems, energy storage and AC systems needs. We provide the lowest installation price at the highest service level. Our service approach starts off with a comprehensive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. We conduct onsite visits to understand the customers’ needs, wants and evaluate the premises, and follow up with proposals.


Job Duties: 
1.Direct and execute the full scope of marketing projects and campaigns, determine campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation, and campaign schedules.
2.Identify and prioritize specific industry market needs in both products and services, develop and implement detailed distribution plans and recommend marketing policies regarding program-specific requirements.
3.Establish budget guidelines, administer the annual budget, allocate resources to each project as appropriate, and make sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment.
4.Direct market research and analysis efforts to reveal and boost the growth of current products or services, gather market and customer insights to inform outreach strategies, improve products, and increase customer conversions and qualified leads.
5.Track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, report the findings to the senior management and optimize the strategies accordingly.
6.Maintain strong knowledge of the industry trends and competition; and identify specific opportunities to direct marketing efforts toward new practices and initiatives.
7.Lead the team to conduct paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to SEO, Facebook, youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
8.Maintain the company’s online presence, effectively identify high-potential audiences across the media platforms and optimize our ad reach to these segments.
9.Manage the existing media relations, and identify new media strategies to reach more audience.
10.Oversee and engage through campaigns and public events, strengthening the company’s public image and community engagement.
11.Communicate with stakeholders and the senior management about marketing programs, present ideas and final deliverables to cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with the company’s business model.
12.Train and manage marketing staff and ensure optimal team performance and working outcome.


1.A college diploma is required.
2.A minimum of three-year working experience related to marketing or sales in power technology or electronic products is required.
3.Consistently demonstrated success in hands-on programs and campaign execution and project management.
4.Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
5.Highly organized, strategic thinking, and close attention to detail.
6.A high degree of professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers/partners.
