Salon de Jubilee Hair Ltd. is looking for a full-time permanent Hairstylist to join the team as soon as possible.

Location: 3008 Glen Dr. suite 100, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3B 0J5

Hourly rate:  $17.00 - $19.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30- 40 hours / week)

Start date: As soon as possible

Work setting: hairstyling salon

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

 

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods

 

Job Duties

• Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair

• Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features or determine style from client's instructions and preferences

• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair

• Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to color, frost or streak hair

• Apply hair extensions

• Shampoo customers' hair
