Job Duties:

1.  Overall administration and business support for day-to-day operations of the club.

2.  Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact with external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues.

3.  Ensure to check previous stocks and ordering new supplies.

4.  Overall liaison and coordination with all departments such as golf, Banquets, Kitchen, Maintenance, Membership and other staff.

5.  Develop and maintain Relationship management with the members.  

6.  Addresses member complaints and assist management to resolves the same immediately.

7.   Replying to customers and vendors emails

8.   Any other related task for smooth operations of the business.
