Job Description:
• Answer call and check voicemail, and direct it to appropriate department or concern persons.
• Greet visitors and answer their queries.
• Schedule appointments of the employer.
• Prepare a variety of high quality written letters and other documents.
• Photocopy, fax, file and other general admin and clerical duties as required.
• Schedule conferences within the department.
• To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails, and forwarding it to the appropriate
• Supervise and train other office support staff if needed.
• Maintain and update client’s database, organize and maintain client files and records.
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and order the supplies to be used in the office.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of High School.
• Post-Secondary education and/or atleast 6 months work experience in Administrative position.
