Job Description

· Supervise and hold staff accountable to the standards of the department.

· Oversee day to day operations to ensure that customer expectations are met.

· Assign duties to the workers to maximize their performance and plan their weekly schedules.

· Keeping records of expenditure and inventory as per requirement.

· Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

· Assist in hiring process and training of the new staff members.

· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

· Ensure standards for company and customer service.

· Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising or any ineffective service.

· Should be able to perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Post-secondary education and/or minimum one year of experience in the field is required.
