About us

Lady Luck Family Restaurant and Convenience Store is a Filipino restaurant offers dine-in, takeout and delivery services to customers in Timmins since 2020.  It is the right choice of restaurant for customers who are in the mood for Filipino cuisine.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals for service.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations, stock inventory appropriately
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean
• Plan menus, identify size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Have 2-3 years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel setting

Specific Skills:

• Canadian/Filipino cuisine
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
