We are looking for 3 Cooks to join our team.

Position: Cooks (NOC 2006: 6242 - NOC 2011: 6322)

Full time permanent positions, 35 hours per week, wage depending on experience: $19-23 per hour.

Requirements: 

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years of related experience
• Required Language: English
• Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
• Location of work: 515 Yates St, Victoria, BC V8W 1K7

Duties:

• Prep cooking – cutting vegetables, par cooking, measuring and portioning
• Line cooking – prepare menu items during service, including complete dishes or specific aspects of menu items
• Ensure food safety and quality
• Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
• Read recipes and follow other verbal or written directions
• Estimate product requirements
• Maintenance of kitchen inventory
• Clean kitchen and work areas
