Cook, East Indian vegetarian Cuisine
We urgently require experienced cook (3-5 years minimum) to prepare full assortment of Indian breads, snacks including but not limited to ipakora, mixed vegetable pakora, paneer, pakora, samosa, allo tikka, naan and roti.
Able to proficiently operate tandoor oven
Knowledge and ability to prepare sweets
Abe to extimate time requirements to meet cusomer orders
prepare catering dishes according to customer requirements
Ensure food quality and food safety , including safe refrigeration of ingredients
Correctly receive order and respond appropriately to customer concerns,
Able to prepare menu items such as entrees, salads, soups, desserts, appetizers
Maintain up to date inventory for routine activities as well as special events.
