Office Administrator required to schedule bookings with various commercial industries to dispatch service technicians for inspection, testing, installation, repair of fire alarm systems, fire extinguisher systems, emergency lighting and sprinkler systems.
Must be well organized , with excellent communication skills, excellent public relations abilities .
Able to remain calm in emergencies and able to provide clear instructions to customers
Prepare invoices , provide full accounts receivable and accounts payable records, payroll administration including benefits
Maintain detailed inventory of hundreds of items in the warehouse . Order parts and equipment as needed
Prepare monthly budget and project costing for preparation of financial reports for Audit purposes
Coordinate with suppliers and make necessary purchases
Manage iphone, in person and online inquiries
Prepares updates the registration , accreditation and licensing for the company
Support management in issues related to implementation of discipline and performance management
Prepares and designs employee development and training to retain and develop high performers to enhance their technical firefighting skills and knowledge of developing technologies.
Preference given to candidates with bachelor degree in accounting, or business administration
